Definitions and Purpose
The website www.lugarlanar.com (“Site”) and the brand “Lugar Lanar” (European Union trademark no. 019010642) are owned by Patrícia Alexandra Aguiar dos Santos and operated in cooperation with Cooperativa Integral Minga, C.R.L., registered under tax identification number (NIPC) 213545603 and headquartered at Rua da Ruinha, no. 34, 7050-087 Montemor-o-Novo, hereinafter referred to as “Lugar Lanar.”
These Terms and Conditions for Users are an integral part of the Terms and Conditions governing the use of the Site (“T&C”) and apply to Users of the Site, i.e., individuals or entities intending to purchase Articles offered on the Site by Sellers or access Trainings provided on the Site by Trainers.
Lugar Lanar provides, through the Site, services implemented and managed by it that allow Users to purchase articles and access Trainings curated by Lugar Lanar.
These T&C prevail over other terms and conditions not expressly approved by Lugar Lanar and the User.

Role and Responsibility of Lugar Lanar
Users acknowledge that, unless otherwise indicated, the role of Lugar Lanar is to provide an intermediary platform between Sellers and Trainers on one hand and Users on the other. Consequently, except in exceptional situations duly indicated, Lugar Lanar does not act as a reseller of Articles and Trainings and will never, under any circumstances, become the owner of the Articles. Sellers, Trainers, and Users always act in their own name and on their own behalf. They will never act as agents or representatives of Lugar Lanar. Lugar Lanar will never be a party to purchase and sale contracts between Sellers and Users or to service contracts between Trainers and Users. Lugar Lanar disclaims any liability for contracts between Sellers, Trainers, and Users or their consequences. Any quality control and curation operations Lugar Lanar may perform are solely to ensure that an Article sold by a Seller or a Training provided by a Trainer corresponds to the description provided on the Site by the respective Seller or Trainer. No delivery service or other service organized or provided by Lugar Lanar implies that it is a party to the contract between Seller, Trainer, and User.
It is the responsibility of the Seller or Trainer to address any complaints or claims related to the Articles or Trainings advertised on the Site, their description, and/or their delivery or provision to the User. Any complaints or claims submitted to Lugar Lanar will be forwarded to the Seller or Trainer, who will be solely responsible for handling them. Nevertheless, Lugar Lanar may intervene, at its discretion, to assist Sellers, Trainers, and Users in resolving questions, complaints, and returns.

Ordering Articles and Trainings
All Articles offered are produced or manufactured by Sellers. Many of the offered Articles are handmade, and therefore, it is not possible to guarantee they will be exactly identical to the images illustrating them on the Site.
The ordering of Articles is done by selecting them and/or their characteristics (e.g., color, quantity, and/or size) through the buttons provided alongside the description or illustration of each Article. The Order is then confirmed by the User on the designated Site page (shopping cart/checkout). The User’s confirmation of the Order will be considered acceptance of the sales conditions, subject to the applicable terms.
Due to their nature, the stock of Articles is limited. Restocking depends on their production and may not happen or may not be immediate. Some Articles will only be available upon order and/or may be made available upon request to avoid stock limitations. Users may inquire with Lugar Lanar about the availability of Articles for ordering and/or order Articles via email at info@lugarlanar.com.
The ordering of Trainings is done by selecting them through the buttons provided alongside the description or illustration of each Training. The Order is then confirmed by the User on the designated Site page (shopping cart/checkout). The User’s confirmation of the Order will be considered acceptance of the service provision conditions, subject to the applicable terms.
The prices of Articles and Trainings offered on the Site are displayed including applicable taxes but excluding additional costs (e.g., shipping fees), which will be indicated separately. The total value of the Order and all its components will be presented in the Order summary before confirmation by the User.
Articles and Trainings offered on the Site, their prices, and other specifications may change without prior notice (without prejudice to Orders placed before the change).
Lugar Lanar reserves the right to reject any Order from a User with whom it has a payment dispute regarding a previous Order. In this case, the User will be informed by email, and Lugar Lanar will immediately refund the Order amount if it was paid before Lugar Lanar’s contact.

Delivery of Articles and Trainings, Fees and Commissions
The production, collection, and shipment of Articles will be carried out by Sellers and are their responsibility.
Articles are only available for shipping within Portuguese territory (mainland Portugal and autonomous regions) and European territory. Shipping costs vary according to the destination, weight, total dimensions, and volume of the Order. These costs will always be calculated before the Order is confirmed. Shipments will be made via express mail, and delivery times vary depending on the destination.

Inability to Deliver Articles
If an Article cannot be delivered to the User (e.g., if the address provided by the User is incorrect or the Order is not received or claimed), the User will be contacted via email. If the User does not respond, the Article will be reserved by the Seller at the User’s expense and risk (including storage and handling fees, if applicable) for a period of 30 days from the date of the email contact following the delivery failure. Users wishing to reclaim their Article must request it from the Seller, providing a complete, express, and clear address for shipment. If the Article is not claimed within the aforementioned period, the Seller will become the owner of the Article. The Order price will be refunded by the Seller after User contact and after deducting applicable fees, if any.
